Growth of mobile payments attracts software, telecommunications and Internet companies to traditional credit card services group Oxman Jason Oxman has a broad resume for a 40-year-old—all leading up to his current position as CEO of the $5 million-revenue Electronic Transactions Association. That he could reach that career landmark at such a young age surprised him and his wife, Annemarie McDonald, director of human resources at the American Petroleum Institute. "I had the goal in mind.
